Technical Leader - SaaS Platforms- Hybrid

ICF is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform and Operational Lead and SME to support adoption of emerging digital technologies and platforms, and the implementation and management of data sources that make these tools effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Okta, M365, Palantir, GitHub, Atlassian/Jira, Datadog, Qualtrics, etc.
• 5+ years of proven experience in software platform management, including team leadership and project management.
• 5+ years of experience with software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Government Federal Health programs and projects is preferable.
• Master's Degree
• Proficiency in relevant technologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferable.
• DevOps/system administration experience in AWS or other cloud; familiarity using infrastructure automation.
