EY is seeking a Technical Leader ServiceNow F/H for Lyon to support large organizations in implementing their technology strategy. The role involves validating technical choices, ensuring performance and security of solutions, guiding developers, and translating business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow expertise and experience in systems integration.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience
- Technical expertise in ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSM.
- Experience in systems integration via REST, SOAP, MID Server.
- Pedagogic ability to mentor and support teams.
- Self-motivation and proactivity.
