Requirements
- 10 years supporting Federal IT operations, CPIC, or service management functions.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Excel/Power BI, and SharePoint administration.
- Experience preparing acquisition documentation and budget/financial reports for Federal programs.
