We have an opening for an ITAM & CMDB Specialist to strengthen our team based in Eysins. The position focuses on the management of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) via the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, in particular the ITAM and CMDB modules
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven experience in IT asset and configuration database management
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for asset and configuration management
- Ability to handle complex data with rigor and precision
- Analytical mind and ability to solve data quality problems
- Organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities
- Experience in an international environment is an asset
