Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- Strong experience with multi-cloud environments
- Knowledge of traditional Infrastructure (Data center, servers, virtualization)
- Sound understanding of networking, firewalls, backup/restore strategies, DR and BCP frameworks
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, including JIRA and/or ServiceNow
