The Technical Project Management Senior Support Specialist leads technology initiatives to implement, enhance, and govern enterprise asset management systems, bridging IT and operational stakeholders to deliver projects focused on tracking, optimizing, and maintaining the lifecycle of hardware, software, and digital assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or a High School diploma and 9 years of experience
  • U.S. Citizen with an active secret clearance
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience, with at least 2 years in asset management or IT service management (ITSM)
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes, software licensing, and CMDB structures
  • Experience managing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or other ITAM/ITSM tools
  • PMP or ITIL certification
