Technical Solutions SME (Part-Time)

LMI is seeking a Technology Solutions SME to support compliance program development and execution. This role involves evaluating technology solutions for compliance, identifying integration needs, and delivering a roadmap for technology requirements. The SME will translate technical requirements into actionable insights for agency leadership and prototype solutions to optimize compliance operations. LMI is a new digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact and innovation.

Requirements

• Evaluate current technology landscape
• Review risk management, compliance lifecycle, and incident/issue management
• Inventory applications, data flows, architectures, and integration capacity
• Review security, privacy, and resilience controls
• Identify redundant platforms, licensing/maintenance costs, and future scalability
• Develop technology solutions, such as ServiceNow GRC, AI tools, and workflow automation
• Create monitoring dashboards and real-time compliance tracking systems
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting technology requirements
