Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Experience with ITOM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with scripting, software development, and integrations
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications
