This Technical Specialist-Service Now HRSD role supports the configuration, maintenance, and development of ServiceNow ITSM platform, focusing on Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. The position requires a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and a good grasp of CMDB and asset management.
Requirements
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
- Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Basic knowledge of CMDB and Asset management.
- Configure forms, lists, flow using workflow / flow designer, SLA, Schedule, notifications.
- Develop and modify business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI action, inbound actions, schedule job, script includes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in CS or IT. ServiceNow Administrator certification required. 0-3 years experience with ServiceNow development
