This position is for a ServiceNow ITSM L1 Administrator, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and developing the ServiceNow ITSM platform. The role involves supporting Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, along with core ITIL and ITSM processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Requirements

  • Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
  • Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
  • Basic knowledge of CMDB and Asset management.
  • Configure forms, lists, flow using workflow / flow designer, SLA, Schedule, notifications.
  • Develop and modify business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI action, inbound actions, schedule job, script includes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.

Requirements Summary
