HEINEKEN is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deliver excellent end-user support and ensure smooth IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, managing assets, and contributing to IT projects. The ideal candidate will be a tech expert with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or End-User Computing
  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, and ITSM tools
  • Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or global enterprise environment

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 1-3 years in IT Support. Strong understanding of Windows/macOS/mobile platforms & MS Office. ITIL framework knowledge is a plus
