Dairy Queen is seeking a Technical Support Analyst II to provide advanced technical and customer service support to local and remote staff. The role involves assisting with incident resolution, troubleshooting complex issues on computers, maintaining Active Directory networks, and mentoring Level I analysts. This position also focuses on customer satisfaction through interactions with ServiceNow and ongoing documentation.
Requirements
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles in Active Directory or similar systems.
- Configure and customize applications (Adobe, ScreenMeet, AutoCAD, Microsoft Applications).
- Train and mentor Level I analysts.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets using ITSM principles.
- Participate in knowledge base contribution and continuous improvement.

Requirements Summary
