ServiceNow is looking for a Technical Support, Infrastructure Engineer to resolve technical cases created by customers. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of experience providing customer-facing technical support. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with AI, server administration, and cloud computing platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to comprehend, modify server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and Powershell
- Ability in server administration across OS platforms (Windows/Unix)
