Technical Support Infrastructure Engineer

This is a full-time Technical Support Infrastructure Engineer position for ServiceNow. The role involves resolving technical issues for customers using ServiceNow's cloud-based platform, including web, chat, and direct telephone support. Emphasis is placed on providing excellent customer experiences and maintaining a collaborative team environment. ServiceNow is a global leader in AI-enhanced cloud computing.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Ability to comprehend, modify server-side JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, and Powershell.
• Ability to understand and modify XML, JSON, Regular Expressions, and HTTP/TCP/SFTP/REST protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Traceroute, SSH, SNMP, WMI, PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming skills (Java strongly preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting/root cause isolation skills.
• Proficiency with analyzing log files and standard debugging concepts.
