Abacus Technology is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide help desk, desktop, and application support in a Microsoft environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a desktop support and/or system administration role for enterprise-level environments.
- Microsoft/VMWare/CompTIA certifications highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in MS Windows 10/11 is required.
- Experience with Microsoft back office technologies to include Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and SharePoint 2013 a plus.
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, Fortinet, SQL Server, Avamar, SentinelONE, and ServiceNOW a plus.
- Ability to provide troubleshooting and maintenance in an enterprise level organization.
- Experience providing support to government contracting programs.
- Familiarity with cloud technology a plus.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization and solid customer service skills are critical.
