This full-time remote position requires a Tech Support Specialist to provide timely technical assistance to customers and internal users. Requirements

  • Respond to support tickets and calls through ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1/2 technical issues.

  • Monitor and report on system performance using monitoring tools.

Requirements Summary

1-2 years support experience. Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow). Solid communication & documentation skills
