Western Digital is seeking a Technician 3, Desktop Support (IT Asset Management Analyst, HAM, CMDB, ITAM, ServiceNow) to maintain accurate IT asset records, provide IT support to internal users, and assist with new user setups. The role involves tracking the full lifecycle of IT assets, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring IT systems are properly configured and maintained. Western Digital is a key partner to some of the world’s largest organizations.

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT assets.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for internal users.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Assist with new user onboarding and provide training.
  • Track and manage computer inventory.

Requirements Summary
