Join our industrial site in Tanger as a Helpdesk Technician (6-month contract), where you will be at the heart of level 1 IT support for the EMEA Western Europe region.

Requirements

  • Provide level 1 assistance on IT tools (applications, systems, equipment).
  • Use ServiceNow for ticket management and knowledge base enrichment.
  • Qualify requests by interrogating users for a precise diagnosis.
  • Apply internal and supplier procedures to resolve incidents.
  • Respect SLAs by taking rapid decisions based on priorities (production, impact, cost, availability).
  • Escalate complex tickets to level 2, in French or English depending on the interlocutor.
  • Write and update installation, operation, and technical diagram procedures.
  • Participate in infrastructure modernization: hardware renewal, software deployment, OS and network migration (LAN/VLAN).
  • Write clear and concise communication supports.
  • Inform teams of changes and consult stakeholders in case of blocking.
  • Listen to users and be able to reformulate their expectations.
