Requirements

  • Education: Bac + 2 in computer science (BTS, DUT) or equivalent experience.
  • Good mastery of Windows (7, 10, 11) and basic Linux knowledge.
  • Knowledge of network (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and workstation security.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to write technical and user procedures.
  • Excellent service and communication skills.
  • Pedagogy, rigor, autonomy, reactivity.
  • Technical English appreciated (documentation).
