Requirements
- Education: Bac + 2 in computer science (BTS, DUT) or equivalent experience.
- Good mastery of Windows (7, 10, 11) and basic Linux knowledge.
- Knowledge of network (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and workstation security.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow).
- Ability to write technical and user procedures.
- Excellent service and communication skills.
- Pedagogy, rigor, autonomy, reactivity.
- Technical English appreciated (documentation).
