Technicien réseau principal/Senior Network Technician

The company is seeking a Senior Network Technician to support the maintenance of network hardware and systems, troubleshoot problems, and perform network IMACD work for customers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)
• Cisco Systems familiarity
• Switching (switching layer 2 and 3)
• Understanding of TCP/UDP IP Protocol
• Knowledge of industrial networking an asset
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Task management
• Change management
• Problem management
• Experience working with network systems, networking principles
• Experience working with network software and hardware
• Experience working with proprietary software and hardware
