The IT Support Technician for VIP and Audiovisual will provide high-level IT and audiovisual support to VIPs, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and representing the excellence of our operations.

Requirements

  • Provide proximal IT support (Level 1, 2, and 3) to VIPs at our headquarters and annexed locations.
  • Manage the computer park (Windows and Apple): configuration, deployment, maintenance.
  • Intervene on mobile equipment (tablets, smartphones).
  • Participate in onboarding/offboarding: follow-up of account creation, configuration of the account, equipment, accompaniment/formation, delivery and return of material.
  • Deploy and accompany the adoption of new software and hardware solutions.
  • Write, maintain, and distribute technical procedures and user guides.
  • Create, track, and close tickets in the ticketing tool (ServiceNow).
  • Ensure investigation and first-level support for on-prem and cloud infrastructure used by VIPs.
  • Ensure daily operation and first- and second-level support for audiovisual equipment at our headquarters (auditorium, meeting rooms, external events) and annexed agencies.
  • Prepare rooms before meetings and events: network verification, Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) environment testing, UC and AV monitoring tool preparation, audio, video, and network control in advance and surveillance during production.
  • Intervene in the room and/or control room for sound, video, lighting, and recording support, etc.
  • Operate and troubleshoot the following equipment: video mixers, matrices, audio processors, PTZ cameras, amplification systems, HF microphones, etc.
  • Participate in regular tests and proactive maintenance operations with the IT team.
  • Contribute to the creation and update of audiovisual exploitation plans.
