PETIT FORESTIER is a leading provider of refrigerated equipment in Europe, and we are seeking a Bilingual Level 1 Support Technician to join our Nearshore Services Center in Casablanca, Morocco. The successful candidate will provide first-level support to our internal population across 24 countries, handling user requests by phone and ticket, resolving problems, and improving work procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Perfect bilingual skills in French and English
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of Servicenow tool is an asset
