Techno Functional Consultant - L1

The job description is for a Techno Functional Consultant - L1 at Wipro, responsible for developing and implementing applications and integrations on ServiceNow SAM or other platforms. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in design and development with ServiceNow platform and proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular.

Requirements

• Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular
• Experience in REST API integration
• Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and good understanding of UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, Database view in ServiceNow
• Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Dynamic team player with good verbal and written communication
• Experience on one or more ITSM, CSM or other SNOW modules
• Implementations will be a big plus
• ITIL Certified
• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus
