Technology Analyst - ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the development and implementation of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management) capabilities within the ServiceNow Platform. The ServiceNow Developer role is technical in nature and will work with various teams to implement ITAM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IT Asset Management Certification or equivalent
• 5+ yrs of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM and/or ITSM
• 2+ yrs of experience in gathering, analyzing and communicating requirements
• 2+ yrs of experience in systems administration and/or configuration management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
