Requirements
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms
- Experience working with ServiceNow preferred
- Knowledge of API integrations, authentication methods, and data exchange patterns
- Strong reporting and analytics capability (PowerBI, LMS reporting, dashboards)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working in Managed Services or learning operations
- Highly organised, with strong documentation capability
- Analytical mindset with a focus on stability, continuous improvement and user experience
