Evaluate legacy monitoring tools, recommend and integrate a unified observability stack, and enable AIOps capabilities using Dynatrace and Splunk. Develop automation playbooks and enable auto-remediation pipelines linked to AIOps events. Deploy logs, metrics, and traces using Elastic Stack and Dynatrace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Master’s degree (optional but preferred)
- 8–12 years in IT operations, observability, or monitoring architecture
- 3–5 years hands-on in AIOps and automation
- Strong background in Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Elastic, BMC tools
