The Technology Operations & AIOps Consultant will evaluate and modernize toolchains, enable AIOps capabilities, develop automation playbooks, and implement observability architecture. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in IT operations, observability, or monitoring architecture, with a strong background in Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Elastic, and BMC tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Master’s degree (optional but preferred)
- 8–12 years in IT operations, observability, or monitoring architecture
- 3–5 years hands-on in AIOps and automation
- Strong background in Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Elastic, BMC tools
