This Technology Operations & AIOps Consultant role will focus on evaluating and modernizing existing monitoring tools, deploying AIOps capabilities, and developing automation playbooks. The consultant will also reengineer operational processes and implement a proactive incident management strategy leveraging predictive insights. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 8–12 years in IT operations, observability, or monitoring architecture
- 3–5 years hands-on in AIOps and automation
- Strong background in Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Elastic, BMC tools
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's in IT/Eng or CS, 8-12 yrs IT ops exp., 3-5 yrs AIOps & automation, strong Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow skills. ServiceNow ITOM is preferred
