Technology Operations Manager

NAF is seeking an experienced Technology Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of their IT and engineering functions. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security, partnering with teams to optimize processes and improve performance while supporting mortgage technology solutions. The manager will also oversee vendor relations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or infrastructure management
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of industry compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, financial industry audits).
• Proficiency with operational tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, Terraform
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
