Requirements
- 5 years of White glove support experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience supporting desktop technologies
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong vendor management skills
- Deep knowledge with ServiceNow and Excel
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Systems/Platforms, Hardware, Operating System
