Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data models (Location, Organization, CMDB)
- Experience with event management using ITOM workspace
- Agile methodologies (Scoped Application)
- Experience with core ServiceNow features (ROME)
- Knowledge of ITSM solutions (HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM)
- Experience working with Service Catalog, Portal, and Building Catalog items
