Requirements
- ServiceNow Platform administration and maintenance activities
- Incident Management, Change and Problem Management
- Investigate technical solutions and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform related issues
- Minimum 2-3 years of JavaScript experience including usage AngularJS frameworks
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- Certified Application Developer Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent business communication skills
- Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
- Willing to work in shifts and on-call support
- Strong in following technologies (minimum 2–3-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack)
- Java, Java Script, Angular
- RESTful Webservices
- Angular JS
- HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST
