EY is seeking a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS and Azure platforms. The role is responsible for end-to-end DevOps support, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, and incident resolution across cloud environments.

Requirements

• Act as a primary escalation point for DevOps-related and infrastructure-related incidents across AWS and Azure.
• Provide troubleshooting support for CI/CD pipeline issues, infrastructure provisioning, and automation failures.
• Support containerized application environments using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, and Helm.
• Create and refine SOPs, automation scripts, and runbooks for efficient issue handling.
• Perform deep-dive analysis and RCA for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Handle access management, IAM policies, VNet/VPC setup, security group configurations, and load balancers.
• Monitor and analyze logs using AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and other tools to ensure system health.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud platform, and security teams to maintain stable and secure environments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
