We are looking for a General Solutions Digital Environment Technician to join our D. Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence department. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital workplace support, administration of the Servicenow platform, and advanced knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and PowerShell.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Informatics, or similar
- Administration of the Servicenow platform, especially the ITSM module
- Functional knowledge of ITIL (incident management, requests, and changes)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the implementation of advanced digital observability strategies for the digital workplace
- Experience in managing user support teams and VIP users
- Experience in managing outsourcing contracts, interlocution with providers, and SLA control
