ID 2025-21748 is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to provide technical support to various network initiatives and projects. This on-site contract position will be based in Raleigh, NC. Candidates must pass a background check and obtain a Federal Government Clearance.
Requirements
- Administer network service requests to vendors using Telecom Expense Management software
- Schedule and coordinate network service installations
- Report and track daily tasks in Excel spreadsheets
- Perform data analysis, capture, and review of metrics

Requirements Summary
Associate degree + 3 yrs IT experience or 2 yrs IT+2yr w/o degree (can be substituted). 3+ yrs of experience with network & support. Experience with SD-WAN & ServiceNow needed
