SMBC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Infrastructure Documentation & Controls Manager to join their Infrastructure department in Dublin. This contract role will improve infrastructure documentation and controls, working closely with SMEs, ITAM, Technology Risk, and Audit teams. The role utilizes Confluence, ServiceNow, and other platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of infrastructure data.
Requirements
- Proven experience within an Infrastructure department.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure documentation practices and controls.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence, ServiceNow, SCCM, VMware vSphere, and Active Directory.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable documentation.

Requirements Summary
