SMBC is seeking a Service Design & Introduction Manager to embed service design into transformation initiatives, ensuring services are compliant, resilient, and supportable. The role focuses on driving regulatory compliance and aligning with strategic goals within the ITSD function. It emphasizes delivering structured and lifecycle-traceable service designs.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Service Design and Transition within financial services.
- Strong documentation and process design skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4, project management certification, and ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of DORA and experience with Japanese or Asian financial institutions.
- Understanding of Customer Focus, Driving Change, Driving Results, Embraces Diversity, and Enterprise Leadership.
- Risk Management and Strategic Visionary thinking.
