Testing Center of Excellence Test Architect

PSEG is seeking a Testing Center of Excellence Test Architect to design and oversee the implementation of testing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with broader IT organizational needs. The role involves developing testing architecture frameworks, ensuring software quality, and partnering with vendors to support product solutions and address technical challenges. PSEG focuses on providing a positive work environment and combating climate change.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Management or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Testing, Systems Analysis, Programming, Quality Control, and Test Management
• Microsoft Project application knowledge
• Strong working experience in scripting using Python, Java, LRE scripting, vb script, and version control
• 8+ years of experience managing projects
• Proficiency with at least one Gartner-recognized test management application (e.g., ServiceNow, HP Quality Center, HP ALM, JIRA Xray)
• Demonstrated ability to align project solutions to overall corporate enterprise architecture
