GovCIO is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to follow senior team members and escalate issues to Tier 1 when necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in IT
  • Current ITIL Foundation/Practitioner v.4 certification
  • DevSecOps FoundationSM certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow
  • Ability to follow senior team members and escalate issues
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
