This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to follow senior team members and escalate issues to Tier 1 when necessary.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT
- Current ITIL Foundation/Practitioner v.4 certification
- DevSecOps FoundationSM certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow
- Ability to follow senior team members and escalate issues
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
