GovCIO is hiring a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related problems, and requires adherence to company policies and senior guidance. The company is looking for a team player passionate about government IT and committed to customer service.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
  • DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute

Requirements Summary
