GovCIO is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues, managing incidents, and documenting service requests, with potential for escalation to Tier 1 service desk team members. The position supports a complex government IT environment and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in a complex Government IT environment
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
  • Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience
