Platinum Technologies is seeking a Tier 2 Helpdesk Specialist to support large-scale migration and operations on a high-profile DOD contract in Fort Belvoir, VA. This role involves providing IT Service Desk support, installing, operating, and maintaining data and applications in the DTRA Data Center. The position requires a technically strong individual with a commitment to professional development within a customer-facing role.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s and 12-15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in IT customer service
  • IT ticketing system experience and helpdesk consolidations
  • Experience with Remedy and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience with Automated Call Distribution systems
  • Experience with process-based platforms
  • Understanding of service level goals and targets

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree & 12-15 yrs exp. Active Top Secret clearance & ITIAT II. Experience with Remedy/ServiceNow, ITSM and helpdesk systems
