DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Tier 2 Support Specialist - Junior to assist USDA’s Customer Experience Center (CEC) with IT support. This on-site role involves troubleshooting issues, managing service tickets, and ensuring a seamless IT environment. The position requires end-user technical support, proactive issue resolution, and maintaining account information.

Requirements

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network access.
  • Utilize USDA’s IT service management (ITSM) system (e.g., BMC Remedy Helix or ServiceNow).
  • Maintain up-to-date asset records.
  • Support account management tasks.
  • Obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
