• Define and execute the strategy for ITSM tooling, monitoring platforms, and event management processes.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of tools such as ServiceNow and Splunk.
• Ensure accurate and compliant configuration management through a well-maintained CMDB.
• Lead the development of monitoring dashboards, alerting frameworks, and automated remediation workflows.
