The Tools Solution Architect- BSM & AIOps will work with customers to respond to RFI/RFPs and propose solutions in the area of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance & AIOps. The role involves collaborating with a team to create solution documentation, pricing, and presales collateral, as well as presenting AIOPS solutions to customers and managing partner interactions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps
- Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, ITAM (Monitoring, observability, AIOPS, Service Management, Asset Management and Automation)
- Experience with tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, HP, Microfocus, BMC, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and others
