Nordex is seeking an Application Manager ServiceNow (m/f/d) responsible for the ownership, continuous improvement, and management of the ServiceNow platform and related projects. This role focuses on supporting business processes, project preparation, and ensuring the integration of ServiceNow with other IT services, such as SAP. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering results and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience (ITSM, ITOM, CSM)
Excellent English skills
Knowledge in ITIL and PRINCE2 support processes is a plus

Requirements Summary
