- Strong background in instructional design and content development, with experience in managing training projects.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct effective learning needs analyses.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform solutions and their application within training contexts.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to content creation and training deliverables, ensuring high quality outputs.
