Training Content Lead

The Training Content Lead is responsible for developing and overseeing training content, ensuring it meets the needs of stakeholders. This role involves collaboration with the Learning and Development Integration Lead and managing an offshore instructional design team.

• Strong background in instructional design and content development, with experience in managing training projects.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct effective learning needs analyses.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform solutions and their application within training contexts.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to content creation and training deliverables, ensuring high quality outputs.
