Requirements
- 10+ years of management consulting experience and/or prior experience as a Product Owner over Human Resources.
- At least 8+ years of experience with related solutions including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and Nuvolo.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar digitalization platforms.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
