The Trust and Assurance Lead is responsible for owning Groq's customer trust and assurance process, serving as the front-line responder for all customer security inquiries, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer trust, assurance, or security compliance roles within technology or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Deep familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, HIPAA)
  • Proven experience managing customer RFIs, security questionnaires, or trust inquiries at scale
  • Strong sales partnership mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with GRC or compliance automation tools (Vanta, Tugboat Logic, ServiceNow GRC, Drata, etc.)
