The role is for a Communication & Collaboration Specialist, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Messaging Systems/Microsoft Exchange. This involves collaboration with IT teams, application configuration, problem resolution, and ensuring the secure operation of Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online platforms. The specialist will also manage Office 365 Core Applications and user licenses.

Requirements

  • Designing, implementing, integrating and supporting Messaging Systems/Microsoft Exchange
  • Plan, implement, configure, maintain, and resolve for email-based applications
  • Administer Office 365 Core Applications within the M365 Platform
  • Manage and execute service requests through ServiceNow
  • Execute tasks in accordance with change management processes
