The role of a Test Manager at EY involves leading testing efforts in large-scale strategic and/or complex change programs. The team is responsible for ensuring projects deliver on expectations and can build relationships with both internal and external clients. It is a key role in the IT transformation journeys of leaders in the Financial Services industry.
Requirements
- Strong academic record, typically a third-level degree.
- QA accreditation (ISTQB Foundation or equivalent).
- 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing consulting role.
- Experience delivering QA in Agile/DevOps/V-model environments.
- Experience with functional and technical specifications.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Micro Focus ALM/Micro Focus QC or ServiceNow tools.
- Experience of working in the establishment, training and management of teams comprised of client, contractors and client’s strategic partners.
