Unified Communications Engineer II opportunity to join our team and implement a new datacenter supporting all of United Wholesale Mortgage operations. Ensure stable operation of enterprise Cisco Unified Communications systems using a Plan, Build, Operate model.

Requirements

  • Computer-related degree or equivalent experience, or working towards CCIE Collaboration
  • 7+ years of experience in the administration of Cisco Unified Communication systems
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Experience with scripting/API
  • Experience with SQL, MS DB, MySQL or MariaDB
  • Vendor Relationship Management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, team members and clients
  • Experience working in ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Experience working with IT frameworks (Agile, ITIL)
  • Onsite, full-time attendance
